Contents Required in a Home Information Pack:
Property Information Questionnaire
- Index
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
- Evidence of Title
- Sale Statement
- Local searches and land charges
- Drainage and water search.
- A copy of the Lease is required if it is a Leasehold property.
