Energy Performance Certificate

The cost for an Energy Performance Certificate is £47.50.  This includes all properties up to four bedrooms.  For five bedrooms and above, please contact us.
The cost includes an electronic PDF copy of the EPC emailed to either yourself or your Estate Agents and also a hard copy of the EPC.

Home Information Pack

The cost for a Home Information Pack is £250. The HIP will be supplied in electronic PDF format.  A Bound Paper Copy Can be supplied at a cost of £15.00,And also a hard cd copy can be supplied free of charge.. The HIP includes all properties up to four bedrooms and will contain:

Property Information Questionnaire
• Index
• Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
• Evidence of Title
• Sale Statement
• Local searches and land charges
• Drainage and water search.
  

Please note: This cost is for freehold and leasehold properties. If the property is Leasehold, a copy of the Lease must be provided by the property owners.  For five or more bedroomed properties, please contact us.


Please note if a copy of the lease is required. There will be an additional charge of £25.
